AI customer-support agent for food ordering

Answers customers about their orders and resolves common problems on the spot.

  • Looks up the customer's orders and explains their status: late, being prepared, delivered or cancelled.
  • Cancels orders, issues discount codes and refunds missing items, always within limits the business sets. The limits are enforced in code, so the AI cannot exceed them.
  • Verifies the customer by their phone number before showing any order.
  • Escalates to a human: it opens a ticket in the staff's Telegram group, staff reply in the group and the answer goes to the customer; closing the ticket hands the chat back to the bot.
